Summary of Role: Reports to : direct line to EMEA Demand and Production Planning Manager (and dotted line to Global Planning Operations)

Job purpose : deliver on time the right products to customers at the lower cost
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
In close coordination with your manager, you will particularly contribute to the following:
1. Help establishing Production Forecasts as BOQ / EOQ, Inventory Forecasts and reports etc
2. Help establishing SIOP with Production Planning Manager (Supply-Demand match) monthly, based on backlog and forecasts, production capacity, product mix and procurement lead-times for raw materials.
3. Up-date ODP in Kinaxis weekly (MPS), according to Plants up-dated plans, SIOP guidelines, inventory and changes in Demand
4. Up-date Kanban loops
5. Lead BTO planning by calculating daily net requirements and sending IR to plants on a daily basis
6. If necessary, help Plants in production batches sequencing
7. If urgent deliveries needed, arbitrate PV production batches with Plant planners, based on customers delivery deadlines, given by Supply Planning and/or Sales Order Management
8. Monitor plants production (in advance / delay)
9. Monitor KPI for Production and publish production reports as OTD, EOH 3Wis etc, on a weekly basis
10. Optimize PV inventory levels in plants and warehouses
11. Manage the flow improvements plan: inventory reduction, plants OTD, procurement shortages, batch sizes reduction
12. Manage Off-Grid planning : BTO for FC then BC PV
13. Manage all kind of extra transversal projects related to Planning
Minimum Requirements:
  • Training (level/field): M1 or M2 in logistics/production management
  • Leading of SIOP/MPS
  • fluent English is essential
  • excellent Excel & Word skills
  • basic ERP skills
  • 4+ years
  • Strong sense of discipline, reactive, analysis and summary skills
