Summary of Role: SunPower is seeking a legal intern to support the Tenesol Senior Legal Manager with respect to SunPower Group French entities - i.e. SunPower France/Tenesol and their subsidiaries all over the world. The Legal Intern reports to the Tenesol Legal Manager and will be responsible for assisting the Tenesol Legal Manager and the internal business clients on general internal legal issues/due diligence of said Companies (mainly within Contracts and Corporate fields). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned) under supervision of the Manager: - Due diligence, negotiations and drafting of BToB, BtoC and BtoG contracts ; - managing the litigations of the Companies with outside counsels; - supervising the Corporate Work of the SunPower French entities and their subsidiaries with external counsels; - regular reporting to shareholders. Minimum Requirements: Minimum requirements - The least amount of skills and training candidates must have to do a specific job. Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be hired for this position. - Master 2-DESS droit des affaires internationales /DJCE with focus on international business law ; - Experience : 3 months internships in Companies Legal departments or Business law firms; - Skills/ competencies in international business law/Contracts and Corporate. - IT tools : Word, Excel, PowerPoint... - Langages : Fluent English Preferred Requirements: Preferred requirements - Ecole d'avocat or 3ème année d'Ecole de Commerce (type EDHEC BUSINESS LAW SCHOOL) with Legal specialization in international business law/Contracts and Corporate. - Experience : 6 months internships in Companies Legal departments or Business law firms; - Skills/ competencies in Litigations. - IT tools : Word, Excel, PPT... - Languages: Spanish or German (in addition to English). |
