Summary of Role: We are seeking an experienced web marketer to lead SunPower's digital evolution to a consumer-focused energy solutions provider. As Senior Manager, you will drive key website initiatives that continuously improve online customer experience and generate demand for each of our core customer segments. We are looking for an innovative thinker able to operate both in strategic capacity, but also with laser-focus on flawless tactical execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Define business requirements, develop global web strategy and guide project teams to flawless execution
  • Manage a small global web team and work cross-functionally with regional marketing and sales teams
  • Deliver the industry's most engaging web experience with a focus on visitor to lead conversion
  • Establish web analytics to drive informed recommendations for achieving business objectives
  • Continually improve SunPower SEO capabilities and search rankings
  • Define and monitor key website metrics; use insights from site analytics to recommend improvements for SunPower's global websites
  • Serve as marketing lead for developing and implementing site testing plans, drive A/B and longitudinal tests to optimize site conversion
  • Manage creative and development agencies

Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years web marketing experience, with 3+ years of eCommerce experience
  • 2-5 years managing direct reports
  • BA/BS degree in economics, marketing, business administration or related fields
  • 2+ years of SEO experience
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both in articulating his/her ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders
  • Desire to change the way the world is powered
Preferred Requirements:
  • Multilingual in English and French, German and/or Italian
  • Experience with Fatwire CMS, saleforce.com, Omniture platforms
  • Website merchandising experience for retail/consumer products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven ability in managing and motivating internal teams and external agencies
  • MBA a plus (but we also like brilliant people who didn't go to business school...)*LI-TJ
