Summary of Role: Job Responsibilities: • Job Responsibilities: • Manages projects under the Organizational Transformation Program (OTP), reporting to VP for OTP. • Ensures projects are appropriately resourced and executed. • Provides technical leadership in problem identification, root cause analysis and solution formulation to meet project objectives. • Builds and leads interdepartmental and cross-functional teams in problem solving, testing and evaluating solutions and its implementation. • Collaborates with Manufacturing and Process & Equipment Engineering to manage the development process of the specific deliverables expected from projects. • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Identifies and addresses problems in the development process flow in order to drive continuous improvement. • Contributes to the operational activities of the OTP and Fab Operations team to ensure yield improvement and defect reduction to support SunPower's cost goals. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Engineering. • At least 10 years experience in Process Engineering/ Yield/Integration Engineering/ Development Engineering in a manufacturing company • Excellent engineering skills, problem solving skills and attention to details. • Experienced in using problem solving methodologies (KT,8D, RCCA,etc). • Experience in leading taskforce team, projects for yield improvement/defect reduction an advantage. • Proven leadership skills. • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written). • Good knowledge and experience in data analysis, use of statistical methods and design of experiment. • Good knowledge of standard solar cell manufacturing and failure analysis testing methods, SPC (Statistical Process Control). • Excellent organization, planning and negotiation skills. |
