Summary of Role: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Supports overall lease operations which involves order entry, booking, updating sales orders and shipping ? Validates orders that have been entered making sure all information are correct and accurate ? Participates in any User Acceptance Test that would involve lease operations ? Works closely with the PSRs and Lease Admin Team for proper execution of expected output ? Can also handle and process RMAs ? Performs other duties assigned Education and/or Experience: ? Associate?s Degree. Bachelor degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent experience. ? Strong verbal and written communications skills, including telephone skills. ? Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records. ? Ability to work collaboratively with staff across divisions. ? Ability to prioritize competing tasks and effectively communicate prioritization decisions ? Excellent computer skills, including with MS Office Suite ? At least five years of general administrative experience, including data entry. ? Flexibility and the ability to work independently. ? Willing to do extra work hours Other Qualifications: ? Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent ability to prioritize; Good attention to detail and deadlines; Good time management skills including ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to efficiently manipulate large quantities of data and summarize information; ability to automate manual file handling, data manipulation, and other repetitive, time consuming operations |
