Summary of Role: This position will report directly to the Manager, IT and will be responsible for leadership in the following areas: 1. eBuilder administrator 2. Quick Bid administrator 3. This position is based out of SunPower office in Philippines Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Essential Duties: ? Support end users of eBuilder by fulfilling their requests as the system administrator ? Coordinate support resolution working closely with eBuilder SaaS provider ? Support end users of Oracle Project modules with trouble shooting and able to provide one-on-one training ? Support end users of Quick Bid by fulfilling their requests as the system administrator ? Coordinate support resolution working closely with Quick Bid provider Key Responsibilities: ? Monitor, prioritize and triage eBuilder service request helpdesk tickets ? Coordinate support resolution and enhancement requests with eBuilder SaaS solution provider ? Monitor, prioritize and triage Quick Bid service request helpdesk tickets ? Coordinate support resolution and enhancement requests with Quick Bid solution provider ? Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions or mapping, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. ? Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. ? Drive and challenge business requirements on their assumptions of how they will successfully support the business process ? Provide detailed application and process solution to address business problems ? Develop requirements specifications, functional and technical specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Education and Experience Required ? Bachelors degree in engineering/accountingor information technology. ? 2 to 4+ years of experience in using, implementing or supporting the eBuilder, SharePoint or any other document control tool ? 2 to 4+ years of experience in using, implementing or supporting Quick Bid,MC2 or any other construction/cost estimating tools ? 3 to 5+ years of experience in writing Business Requirement document based on input received from users ? Superior organizational skills with estimation and project planning experience ? Strong customer focused attitude with good communication skills ? Should have experience in working with a multi vendor and multi location projects working as a consultant ? Should have experience working with multi cultural extended team, with ability to influence team members to cross the finish line on time Qualifications ? Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. ? Capable of successfully engagement in multiple initiatives simultaneously ? Able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. ? Minimum (25%) international travel planned to San Jose, to engage with business managers, users and subject matter experts. ?
