Summary of Role: • Support Talent Acquisition Manager in areas such as:
• Ensure recruitment practices are in line with corporate strategies and business objectives,
• Ensure that the recruitment practices adhere to country employment laws and regulations,
• Source and develop psychometric and assessment tools to be recommended to be used,
• Manage external advertising and third party providers
• Assist in the preparation of Talent Acquisition weekly reports
• Partner with the HRBP on incoming manpower requests from the Stakeholders
• Provide support to hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection activities and solutions relating to hiring issues.
• Conduct calibration with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, to define job roles and responsibilities of positions to be filled, identify recruitment vehicles to be used and to deliver high quality candidates to reduce hiring time and hiring costs.
• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes, including:
• Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure all hiring activities are efficiently carried out.
• Formulate job advertisements.
• Identify and co-ordinate with recruitment and advertising providers to achieve best results and returns.
• Work with advertising agencies to co-ordinate job posting activities.
• Screen candidate profiles.
• Select and short list applicants for review and consideration by hiring managers.
• Co-ordinate and arrange candidate interviews.
• Co-ordinate candidate assessment activities and tests especially on multilingual requirements.
• Verify and conduct candidate reference checks.
• Co-ordinate with Compensation & Benefits on employment offer activities.
• Target to fill open positions within specified timeframes.
• Monitor and update recruitment management system; record employee recruitment
• Assists in pre-employment medical and requirement process
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: • Hands-on operational experience covering all delivery aspects of recruitment services, in-house recruitment or agency experience preferably with background in the BPO or shared services industry
• Experience in professional hiring, a definite plus
• Good people and customer orientation ability and sensitive to cross-cultural environment
• High energy level with good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Well-organised, flexible and open-minded, able to change direction and move with new initiatives
• Customer Focused
• Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and meeting tight recruitment deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer literate

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition and recruitment experience, preferably from a multinational corporation
• Willing to be based in Laguna
