Summary of Role: Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Acts as a single point of the contact for operational manager of the plant, regulatory bodies, employees and HR consultants
- Drive the HR roadmap that connects to the business lines strategy and helps put the right core programs in place
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients
- Run talent calibration, identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees with internal clients
- implements the training plan ensuring budget optimization
- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions according with internal clients' directors and managers
- Identify and anticipate recruitment needs, recruit directly or through external consultants in order to build a strong talent pipeline for the internal clients
- Design and maintain organization charts for the internal clients
- Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the management's side with an accurate internal communication
- Coach and advice managers in order to strengthen their people management skills
- Partner with production leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Establish relations with target schools in order to increase employer's brand awareness and to recruit the best candidates for internal clients
- Ensure the administrative management of the personnel
- Provide payroll for the factory
- Ensure group reporting
Minimum Requirements: - Relevant Educational background (Bachelor Degree's in HR)
- 5 years experience in related work
- Interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate with other departments
- Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft windows
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- knowledge of employment laws
- ability to analyze and manage a budget
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
- Fluent English
Preferred Requirements: - Relevant Educational background (Master Degree's in HR)
- 5 years experience in related work

- Expert on employment laws

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to influence and drive initiatives with Global HR partners
- Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them
- Experience in dealing with workforce in an operations environment
- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within an operations structure
- Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development
- Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks
- English bilingual
