Monitors daily tool's performance and implements containment action to improve both tool's availability and yield. 2. Generates mechanical/electrical design for tool improvement, UPH, yield and availability. 3. Supports major downtime elimination for automation equipments 4. Plans, schedules and implements of any given project 5. Supports equipments team for major and minor projects (module equipment/processes) 6. Designs tool upgrades module equipment (Mechanical and program modification) 7. Prepares weekly update report on tool's performance 8. Reports major downtime/OEE performance of module equipment 9. Attends daily/weekly maintenance meeting 10. Coordinates with the vendor for major projects 11. Supports start-up/installation of module tools 12. Active participation in SPC team. |
