Candidates must possess relevant familiarity, knowledge, and skills in the following areas: - Creation, staffing, and coordination of acquisition documentation - DoD Program Management; Request for Proposal (RFP) development, and Proposal Evaluation - Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation and processes - Systems Engineering; schedule development and management; test & evaluation planning/execution - Standard AF program reporting tools, such as System Metrics and Reporting Tool (SMART) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Microsoft Project - DoD Program Management certification or civilian equivalent (e.g. Program Management Professional) (desired)

We are seeking a Program Integration Lead for our Dayton, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:
The individual shall support the award and execution of Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) contracts and Government EMD activities, to include: - Serve as a focal point for Government IPT lead tasking of the PIT - Support EMD proposal fact finding and negotiations - Assist in planning for contractual actions; support Technical Evaluations and provide required documentation to the Government Program Manager and Contracting Officer - Support planning and execution of EMD program reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings , and other meetings as required - Monitor/analyze/report on prime contractor and Government cost, schedule, and performance status - Coordinate with product sub-IPTs, the IPT schedule integrator, and IPT cost lead to provide cost and schedule estimates in support of program-level planning and budgeting activities - Coordinate with the IPT schedule integrator to develop and maintain the program's Integrated Master Schedule - Coordinate Government activities in support of prime contractor EMD execution - Support compliance with Government system certification requirements - Monitor/manage funds execution, support development of obligation and expenditure forecasts - In coordination with the program Configuration/Data Manager(s), ensure complete/timely flow of deliverable data among the Government and prime contractors - Prepare documentation in support of program reporting requirements - Prepare presentation materials in support of program reviews and briefings - Support planning and execution of the Risk Management Program - Support planning and preparation for the MS C review, to include development of a plan/schedule for MS C activities and development of MS C documentation
