POSITION DUTIES
- Ensures contractors quality of work in the field.
- Fully responsible for the quantities of the contract.
- Reviews contractor's technical submittals and verifies the compliance upon material delivery at site.
- Reviews and verifies contractor's monthly invoices.
- Conduct reviews on design packages at different stages of the process.
- Coordinate with contract supervisor and prepares daily report of each contract with the brief description of activities supported by the quantities executed that day.
- Leads the documentation like O&M manuals, as built drawings, punch list and final quantity at initial acceptance.
- Discuss and follows the technical queries with engineering and P.F.E. to respond back to contractor
POSITION SKILLS

- College/University Degree in Engineering/Architecture required with a minimum of at least 5 years of construction experience.
- Experience should relate to Residential Buildings, Universities and Recreational Facilities. Experience in building finishes, installation and material finishes such as pre-cast panels, gypsum board, aluminum windows, wooden doors, vinyl floor, tiles, painting, plastering, carpet, block work, false ceiling, selection of hardware and all other architectural finishes related to building construction.
- Should have secondary site development experience like stamp concrete, side walk, irrigation and plantation.
- Experience in reviewing and approval of finishing material technical submittals for buildings, higher education and recreational facilities such as sports centers and multi-storey villas is required.
- Knowledge of site grading, coordination of different disciplines like civil, mechanical & electrical installations associated with site preparation/site development and housing subdivisions would be advantageous
