CH2M HILL Transportation/Traffic Engineer - Cleveland, OH The challenge? Helping our communities stay safely on the move. CH2M HILL's Cleveland office is seeking a high energy, team player to join us as a Transportation/Traffic Engineer. This opportunity is your chance to work on complex transportation projects that include traffic operational analysis, safety studies and analysis, traffic impact analyses, corridor studies, and traffic/roadway design including lighting, signals, signing/pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic. You will work on challenging and exciting major planning and design projects. The majority of work will be associated with state DOT's and local program projects. ODOT experience is a plus. This position requires a BS (MS preferred) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Our top candidate will have the ability to communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders, understands data analysis, and is interested in applying highway safety research to transportation planning and design projects. This position includes involvement in project delivery and management, as well as the technical work on the projects. Ability to manage projects to keep on schedule and budget, and demonstrated success working in a team environment is required. Exposure to and working knowledge of InRoads, Civil3D, and Microstation and using Access databases and GIS is preferred. Experience leading traffic studies and working with design teams on large projects is preferred. Basic Qualifications
