Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, construction management or construction engineering, or demonstrated equivalent. • Individuals must possess strong analytical and written skills to perform the specified work requirements. Individuals must have experience analyzing processes and workflows, formulating process improvement recommendations, analyzing technical/programmatic information, and preparing high-level presentations. • Detailed knowledge of scheduling tools, such as: Microsoft Project, Primavera (P3 & P6), SureTrak, Open Plan, etc. • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and tight deadlines, work independently, and work in a team environment. • Be proficient in MS Office suite and other office products. • Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and present briefings to senior executives. • Must be willing and open to travel on short notice. • Able to obtain a favorable determination from the DHS Background Investigation. • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. Incumbent Responsibilities: • The incumbent shall lead in support of the TRIRIGA Data Initiative for FOF PMO
• Provide a process framework that supports early and timely coordination and communication between all parties involved, including the seamless hand-off and storage of documents used in planning and managing free-space and leased facility projects
• Support the Workflow Free Space Initiative for FOF PMO
• Assists on a wide range of complex program activities requiring the use of industry applications for qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of complex management processes, systems and mission support programs impacting FOF PMO, such as: building leasing and acquisition; statistical research and performance measurement; information systems; management techniques and theories; organization structure; planning and control systems; and public and congressional liaison policy, and other programs
• Assists with the planning and conducting of special studies, personally or through team members, providing advice, and developing and evaluating policies in assigned areas of responsibility. Planning, conducting or participating in special studies on task forces and providing assistance to headquarters and field offices
• Assists the Government employee with developing and evaluating policies in assigned program areas, and recommending actions to achieve organization and future program objectives and improvements
