Summary of Role: SUMMARY OF ROLE: SunPower Corporation is seeking a driven, experienced CRM Technical/Solution Architect to lead the design and development of engaging integrated solutions that support end-to-end marketing, sales, and customer service business functions and processes, using the Salesforce.com CRM platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com platform, etc) and other relevant Web technologies. The ideal candidate will have an application/software development and technical background, and is laser focused on using creative thinking and thought leadership to analyze and build innovative CRM solutions that solve business problems. This role will report to the Senior Manager of IT CRM and be part of a dynamic and talented team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): - Responsible for the effective design and function of customer facings applications including Salesforce.com CRM, Salesforce.com PRM and custom built tools - Lead architecture and development of solutions based on Salesforce.com, App-Exchange solutions, and other Web integration technologies to meet end to end process requirements that support the SunPower Online Experience platform for customers and partners - Partner with the program management team and peers to define application roadmap to ensure a scalable and effective Business to Consumer application infrastructure - Conduct technology / solution evaluation and recommend appropriate solution to support the Online Experience platform - Consult with Business Unit management to determine business goals and identify effective information systems and business process solutions to achieve these. - Advise business stakeholders on business process improvement and reengineering opportunities. - Work with global process owners to ensure that relevant information systems serve the business needs effectively. - Build Client Relations: establish productive and reciprocal relationships, manage stakeholders. - Manage development and implementation team (and service providers as applicable) to see successful delivery of designed solutions - Project leadership through all phases of the SDLC, including: Analysis, Requirements Definition, Design, Build & Test, Conversion, and Deployment Minimum Requirements: RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com and Force.com platform, or equivalent Enterprise CRM apps and platforms. - Experience with custom developed customer facing applications, specifically Java based. - Experience with systems integrated with back office/ERP systems. - Experience with complex real time and batch integration architecture. - Experience working in a global environment with offshore/outsourced resources across multiple time-zones. - Process Knowledge in marketing, sales and service management. Order Management, Invoicing and Supply chain helpful. - Client-facing Skills: business networking, consulting and partnering, influence - Strong judgment and decision making abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication / presentation abilities, including facilitation, negotiation, presentation and demonstration.. - Excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good people management skills, including recruiting, mentoring, and career development. - Deep expertise and successful working experience with IT Service Providers covering all phases of the systems development lifecycle - Hands on experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle, including detailed deliverable development as well as team management at all levels. - Strong analytical capabilities (market, financial, operations) Preferred Requirements: PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS - B.S. degree Computer Science or MIS. - 8+ years of IT solution architecture / development experience. - At least two successful large CRM projects and implementations, or equivalent experience. - Proven leadership and influencing abilities from core team up through executive levels. - Strong stakeholder management, communications, and facilitation experience across the full lifecycle of complex products. - Deep expertise and successful working experience with IT Service Providers covering all phases of the systems development lifecycle. *LI-JT |
