Project Manager Water Resources Engineering Exciting career opportunity with the #1 Design Firm in the world. This Project Manager Water Resources Engineering role develops designs and conducts planning for civil/municipal projects including storm water systems (sewer/watercourse/best management practices) for both water quality improvements and flood control, and other infrastructure such as roadways, water, and site development applications. Each design, large and small, is unique, requiring creativity and innovation. Through AECOM's global presence, the Project Manager Water Resources Engineering will have the opportunity to utilize AECOM's vast expertise and resources, implementing the latest technology. This role will include exercising judgment in evaluation of problems and selecting/adapting engineering alternatives. The successful applicant will work closely with other project managers and other engineering staff who will assist with assignments. The desired candidate will have tremendous growth potential in this role and the ability to become a technical leader or grow in the management track and challenge themselves with a variety of exciting projects. The desired candidate should have: * BS Civil Engineering or related field * 5+ years of project management experience * Experience with XP-SWMM, HEC-RAS, WinSLAMM, AutoCAD and GIS preferred. * Proficient in understanding and applying hydrologic and hydraulic principles * PE or ability to obtain PE in near term * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work * Knowledgeable of standard engineering techniques and procedures What We Offer AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people.
