Work Effort: Supports the Project Management Office in the project management of maintenance and repair building infrastructure projects. Supports other efforts, as assigned to include organizational assessment, strategic planning, mission analysis, and project development services. Desired analyst should be familiar with, based on past experience, and provide expertise in building mechanical systems. Strategic planning for technology programs and activities involves the definition, interpretation, and development of high-level organizational technical engineering performance requirements for the successful execution of tasks, projects and programs; and the development and implementation of processes in support of the organizational mission at the macro and micro scales.
