AECOM has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Administrative Manager. This person will provide contracts management, project controls and accounting support on various large Professional Services Contracts. Duties Include: • Project document control/administration • Assist Project Managers with billing, invoicing, and collections •Assist Project Managers with administrative aspects of making submittals • Review, process and track sub contractor invoices and accounts payable •Provide office administration management: HR and training liaison, building management liaison, upkeep of office space Basic Minimum Requirements • 5-8 years of experience as project or office administrator • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word What We Offer AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people.
