MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Gather requirements, conduct site surveys and generate drawings • Apply basic knowledge of civil, electrical, mechanical engineering principles and practices in the development of drawings and plans • Create, maintain, update all as-built drawings of existing and new construction in CADD database EDUCATION: Two year technical degree / equivalent experience in drafting, HVAC or Electrical or Plumbing related studies. An undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical related studies is preferred. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a CADD Operator • Proficient with AutoCAD 2002 or higher • Knowledge of drafting and CADD standards or building systems with specific emphasis on Electrical, HVAC, and Mechanical systems Requirements of ALL candidates: All positions require U.S. Citizenship and candidates must hold a current United States security clearance as stipulated below. All personnel will be required to complete a physical examination and be determined fit for duty.
