Job Description: Serves as the first point of contact for greeting visitors and callers to the department and performs basic administrative duties. Answers and directs incoming telephone calls and takes messages. Maintains office deliveries. Utilizes paging system to locate staff and announce meetings. Sends and sorts faxes, maintains conference room schedules and appearance, assists with preparation for special meetings and events, places service calls for building management. Types, mails, and maintains supplies. Accomplishes administrative functions with the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, office forms, office equipment and basic office procedures. Displays good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills. Other related duties as assigned. Basic Minimum Requirements: 2 years of receptionist experience, competent in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, office forms, office equipment and basic office procedures.
