Position Duties/Responsibilities (Indicate in more detail the functions of this specific position) x Bechtel q BSII The Sabine Pass Liquefaction (SPLNG) Project is a grass roots 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Facility that will be constructed on Louisiana, (near Port Arthur, TX), adjacent to the existing Sabine Pass Gasification Plant.It will be performed predominantly on a Direct Hire basis with some specialized scope Subcontracted (Soil Stabilization, piling, insulation, etc.). Unless otherwise indicated, applicants for construction positions should have heavy industrial, hands on, Direct Hire construction experience commensurate with the type of work to be undertaken and the requirements identified below. The Superintendent Mechanical - Train 1 position at Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project, is responsible for oversight and coordination of all mechanical installations, including pumps, turbines, and compressors, up to and including turnover to Startup. This position will answer to the Train 1 Area Superintendent.

For lists of Skills and Skill Groups in SAP, see the document on BecWeb - company website ) Skill Group Skill Proficiency Level Teamworks Working knowledge Microsft Excel Working knowledge Work includes field inspections and the physical ability to conduct field inspections which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.) Bechtel is among the most respected engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the world.
