Role Overview Performs functions of project site materials management, including, Kick & count, receipt, storage and issue of project materials, consumables, and equipment; documentation and data entry, site equipment and facilities rentals, and material control in the warehouse, lay down yards, and jobsite locations. Reports to and receives operational direction from the Warehouse Manager, or Supervisor. Maintains direct working relationship with Project Procurement, Field Project Controls, discipline Field Engineers, Field Procurement, Automation Support, Construction Superintendents, (Sub) Contractors, and site Customer personnel to ensure that Construction personnel are provided with materials to support the completion of construction work. This position may require an alternate shift work schedule. This is a long-term assignment. Hours are from 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday. During operations, in approximately 2014, this project will be subject to the Army Regulations (AR50-6 Chemical Surety) which governs persons performing work under the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) and Unescorted Access Program (UAP). Depending on the work performed and the access granted a government security investigation and other physical requirements such as respirators may be mandated.
