As the Conference & Recruitment Program Representative, you will promote team efforts at national trade association conferences. In this position, you will be instrumental in advancing the goals of the Conference & Recruitment Program of the Infrastructure & Environment Division.
Responsibilities/Objectives include but are not limited to:
• Professionally represent Conference & Recruitment Program while partnering with Business Line, Operations and Human Resource staff on applicable initiatives and events. • Support the onsite execution of trade shows and other events in domestic U.S. • Effectively communicate a solid understanding of URS' capabilities, company strategy, and general industry knowledge, as part of trade show events. • Support the implementation of marketing and recruiting strategies for trade shows and other events. • Develop and maintain relationships with industry vendors and internal business partners to gain involvement and ensure superior product and event ROI. • Measure promotional item success as part of onsite tradeshow strategy. • Onsite execution of attendee, exhibitor, and event survey pieces. • Support the implementation of creative strategies to increase, facilitate, and track booth attendee traffic; lead retrieval and event metrics analysis. • Budget recommendation and monitoring, and post-event expense reconciliation. • Onsite supervision of exhibit installation and dismantle. This includes packing materials for shipment post-event. • Execute assigned trade show events and activities on time and within budget. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Reports to Conference & Recruitment Program Manager.
