Five years of progressive experience in military design and development, five years management and supervision of substantive military electronics hardware/software development.

Job Description:

Primary Management Responsibility for assigned Programs and Projects under the URS FS Operations at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Responsible for program technical, schedule, and financial performance.

Manage substantial military design, development, integration, test and documentation operations for multiple tasks.

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel.

Manage financial and programmatic reports with regards to funding and budget changes for designated tasks. Keep Quad charts and IPCS updated on a monthly basis as minimum.

Identify tasks and critical issues related to scheduling ad development which would impact the successful completion of the task. Document all actions and discussions with the government via email.

Coordinate, develop, attend and conduct integrated performance reviews, including government personnel, to accurately and timely report status of the designated tasks.

Is the primary interface with the government task leader, contracting, subcontractors and the customer's team. Responsible for the creation, staffing and publishing of minutes after actions reports no greater than 48 hours after the completion of a meeting.

Is responsible for the conduct and contents of all briefings to the government covering the assigned task order. Responsible for maintaining a copy of all briefing material.

Responsible for maintaining timely contact with GTL, Subcontractors and other key personnel as designated, on an as required basis. The contact should never be less than once a month.

Conduct analysis of tasks with regards to cost, schedule and performance to determine recommended corrective actions when issue exists.

Formulate and review project feasiblility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to performance work standards.

Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Responsible for business development with designated subcontractors and GTLs as directed.

Immediately notify the operation manager of issues or actions that may impact the program performance and/or the reputation of URS.

Support business functions, e.g. AAAA, AUSA, etc., to support business development.
