Job Description:  Responsible for the day to day project and client management for large scale projects and teams. These responsibilities include but are not limited to communications with clients and project teams which will include public agencies, management of project schedules and budgets, and quality assurance. Other responsibilities include business development and marketing support for proposals and presentations.

Requirements:
A professional degree (M.Arch or B.Arch) and licensure - 15+ years of related experience
Portfolio of work across a wide variety of justice project sizes and types including courthouses, detention faculties, police stations and 911/EOC's
Client and team leadership skills grounded in design and communication
Collaborator and mentor
Justice client base with broad list of contacts
Experience in design/build and other alternate delivery methods
Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degree in architecture

Responsibilities
Continually improve the quality of our work, the manner in which we deliver it, and the process we employ to attain it
Build, nurture, and foster new relationships with an ever broadening client base
Participate in the development of the Justice market
