Summary of Role: You manage all teams and personnel within the Sunpower warehouse network in EMEA, both in-house and outsourced, and will report to the Director of Distribution and Logistics, EMEA.

You will particularly contribute to the following:

  • Ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
  • Ensuring the proper operation of Sunpower warehouses in compliance with targets in terms of quality (zero defects and total quality), costs and lead time.
  • Actively participating in compliance with and improvements to Sunpower Quality system.
  • Actively participating in the design and optimization of the warehouse network within EMEA.
  • Managing the inventory in all warehouses, and replenishing stock in a timely manner to meet customer orders for Residential, Commercial, UPP and Off-grid.
  • Maintain and improve processes for Goods Receipt, Stock Management, Kit Management, Pick, Pack, and Ship activities in the Sunpower warehouse network.
  • Directly manage the in-house warehouse in France and all personnel employed therein.
  • Manage the budget for all costs and services provided by the in-house warehousing.
  • Optimising stock management across EMEA (reducing stock, productivity, etc.)
  • Managing all Sunpower Reverse Logistics (returns receipt goods, quarantine, blocked stock, spare parts, and low-grade stock).
  • Managing the scrap and recycling processes for obsolete stock for EMEA.
  • Managing the materials master data and packaging and identification of product.
  • Contributor to Worldwide Sunpower projects for cost and quality improvements for physical product distribution.
  • Process and report standard KPI's for warehouse management
  • Actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and selection process for 3PL services
  • Acting as an interface between production and related services (Engineering office, Scheduling, etc.)

You report to the Director of Distribution and Logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
Training :
M2-level engineering or technical qualification.

Experience :
Minimum 5 years in managing logistics, both outsourced and in-house in an international environment.

Specific knowledge required :
Real expertise in the launch and management of large-scale sub-contracting and controlling the impact of international logistics.
Fluent French, English and good IT skills.

Specific abilities :
Good team leading skills, reactivity and discipline combined with your results-based approach allow you to make decisions rapidly and ensure you are extensively involved.
