Duties: - Printing/creating daily pick tickets
- Work with vendors and stores in a polite and professional manner.
- Process store credits and support ways to reduce shrink.
- Help resolve store issues while providing superior customer services.
- Work closely with production, purchasing and shipping teams.
- Heavy phone and computer work in a highly interactive environment.
- Answer and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Run and print reports on a daily basis.
- Proper use of which may include but not limited to, knives, personal protective equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six wheel carts, baler (must be 18 years of age or older) and all other equipment used during preparation and clean up within department and facility.
- Attend all team and facility meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Ability to effectively use Outlook, SeaSoft, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Perform with high levels of accuracy
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Very strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to be a team player in a fast paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Solid administrative and data entry skills and experience.
- Professional phone presence and superior customer service skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
- Willingness to contribute ideas/suggestions to the facility.
- IRMA Knowledge is a plus.
Essential Job Functions: - Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
- Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
