• Professional licensing (e.g., PE, PG) required, if relevant to applicant's education and experience
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience including 5 years of oil & gas experience
• Existing relationships with oil & gas operators in WV
• Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients

Job Description:
The Infrastructure and Environment (IE) Division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Branch Office Manager for immediate employment in the Bridgeport, WV office. This position is responsible for the overall direction of the URS Bridgeport office and will work closely with and report to the Pittsburgh PA office.
The Bridgeport Office Manager aligns all functions to ensure the success of the operation and to support Project Managers in day-today project operations. Work includes office and project staffing, business development, proposal management, and client management. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established oil & gas career (engineering or environmental) and will be able to grow a Bridgeport Office focused on the oil & gas sector.
• Provide organizational leadership and direction for office endeavors that reasonably balance short-term and long-term objectives, provide for business and personal growth, and further the reputation and image of URS as a top-tier provider of engineering and consulting services.
• Lead the overall development of short- and long-range planning, which includes adjustments to staffing levels and business plan/budget development.
• Develop and implement Business Development Plan for office.
• Maintain professional relations and contacts with clients, peers and competitors sufficient to foster marketing and personnel recruitment, as business requires.
