Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of executive administrative assistant experience in engineering and/or technical administrative backgrounds
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and Outlook is required. Must be proficient in Excel and with an aptitude for handling financial data.
• Ability to interact with clients and staff in a professional manner, respecting strict confidentiality in sensitive matters.
• Self-starter who can work to solve problems and resolve questions/issues within the framework of company policies and procedures. Experience working with corporate management systems and reporting requirements are required.
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

The I/E of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Administrative Assistant for immediate employment in the Austin office. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Engineering Services specific to supporting the Group General Manager URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
Incumbent Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
• Preparing reports and summaries for management review and overall coordination of activities
• Handling travel arrangements
• Preparing expense reports
• Interacting with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone
• Assist with executive communication
• Prioritize multiple assignments
• Coordinate with corporate management
• Work with limited supervision
• Support the MSC Group General Manager with administration of group employees.
