Job Summary This position manages thebagster.com and the Bagnet system (which is the backbone of the entire Bagster business, including scheduling collections, payment processes, coupon code management, service area/franchise management, reporting etc.). The BSA works with third-party development company along with WM IT team and marketing agency to manage front end and back end of service web site. The BSA is also responsible for producing many reports for leadership, Bagster team, field contacts, and others. This role is critical to the operation of the Bagster business and conducts entry and intermediate level business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and duties may vary by department. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Qualifications A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, entry level position with less than three years previous experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Required: - Ability to organize and coordinate planning meetings with business stakeholders and/or multiple development teams and act as liaison between all - Ability to manage multiple projects at once throughout the entire software development lifecycle -planning and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, post-implementation support, while meeting strict deadlines and budgets - Experience with Change Management process - Experience with MS SQL Server and general knowledge of query writing, stored procedures, functions - Ability to train others on business solutions - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Desired: - Quality Assurance Testing - Knowledge of Project Management and Change Management tools MS Project, Quality Center, Application Lifecycle Management, BMC Remedy a plus - Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and report development, or other CRM applications - Knowledge of VB and .NET applications Benefits At Waste Management, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short Term Disability.
