Summary of Role: Reporting to the Operation &Maintenance (O&M) Engineering Manager within the EMEA O&M team in the EMEA Customer Operations & EPC department, you will be involved with the following key responsibilities, including (other duties may be assigned): Operational monthly task: Customer Yearly report for rooftop PV plants Availability calculation for rooftop PV plants Active participation on monthly O&M steering committee. Ensuring that team Dashboards are updated regularly O&M support; Process development for O&M team: rooftop; ground mount, offgrid Set team dashboard Periodical performance plant analysis for customers (on demand) Correlation between performance results and geographical area Work with global teams to ensure O&M data consistency on the different tools: Maximo, SAMS and ClickView. Big Roof top O&M contract: New contract to put in place New template of reports to put in place (working closely with Mariela) TPO O&M team member: Participate at the TPO EU process PVSIM performance estimation process to put in place O&M cost and process Work closely with US O&M team to take advantage of their experience New services development: Develop new added value services for after sales services Minimum Requirements: SKILLS: Training (level / field): Education: minimum of a 5 year technical engineering degree Experience (duration / sector): You must demonstrate completion of a 3 or 4 year training or work-experience in the electronics/ energy or photovoltaic industry. Specific knowledge required (languages / equipment, etc.): English required, Knowledge of photovoltaic essential, pack office: Excel (good knowledge in pivot table is appreciated). Specific skills: Your main qualities should be good communication skills, practicality, rigor, interest in the technical field, team spirit, analytical skill.
