Product Specialist, Oslo About Tesla Palo Alto, California-based Tesla Motors designs and manufactures Electrical Vehicles and EV powertrain components. Tesla's goal is to produce a full range of electric cars from sports cars to mass-market vehicles and we are determined to decrease the cost of electric vehicles and bring EV's to the mass market. We have designed, produced and delivered Tesla Roadsters to customers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Model S, the world's first premium electric sedan is now being rolled out world-wide. The Role The primary goals of the Product Specialist are to ensure that the unique Tesla experience is provided to all customers who come into a Tesla store and assist the customer through the purchasing process of a Tesla vehicle. The Product Specialist will accomplish this by handling all walk-in store guests, answering questions, educating the public about the electric drive experience, conducting test drives, and other product familiarisation activities. Additionally, the Product Specialist will assist customers with the reservation, ordering, and delivery processes of their Tesla vehicle. An implicit responsibility of the Product Specialist is to conduct education-based sales conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the Tesla brand values.
