Performs cost engineering analysis, monitoring, budgeting and control activities, as directed. Provide technical direction to assigned project personnel, when delegated. Position Duties/Responsibilities On the Anadarko LNG FEED Project, the Home Office Cost Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Bechtel Services, including analyzing and reporting the bi-weekly hours and monthly costs; cost coding and tracking of actual invoiced costs and commitments, including producing the monthly cost and commitment reports. Applicant will also be responsible for staffing graphs indicating budgeted, actual and forecast along with other graphs as needed. Duties also include assistance in the areas of development and maintenance of forecasting and trend costing, cash flows and Project Financial Status Report (PFSR). Other duties may include inputs and preparing the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and various cost analysis exercises. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration and a minimum 2 years PC experience a Master's Degree and be substituted for one year of experience. Verbal and written communication skills to present data and analysis to PC, other groups, Bechtel Mgmt and Client Mgmt.
