CH2M HILL Waste Water Project Manager II - Carol Stream, ILThe challenge? To provide a range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions at our client's Waste/Water site in Carol Stream, IL. We have been managing the client site for 15 years. The Carol Stream project treats a combination of industrial and domestic wastewater from the Village of Carol Stream, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. The design average flow is 6.5 mgd and the daily average flow is approximately 4.6 mgd. The equipment and processes used at the facility include raw sewage pumping, fine screening, extended aeration activated sludge, aerobic digestion, and mechanical solids dewatering. Solids produced at the facility are disposed of at a local landfill. Our Certfied Project Manager II is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and client relationship management and will also provide leadership and management for all personnel functions including staffing, compensation, training and development, progressive discipline, rewards and recognition, and termination in accordance with standard company policy. The PM II will be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance, and improvement of the facility or facilities that he/she manages. Six+ years experience in the operation and maintenance of water waste water treatment facilities at a supervisory level is a Basic Qualification. Excellent client relationships.
