Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum ten years experience in the construction field. A minimum of two of those years in a foreman or other supervisory position.

Experience in construction oversight of mechanical and civil construction contractor(s) activities and construction activities in the field.

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

Direct the work of the laborers and coordinates with the Project Managers and Project Engineers in charge of the projects.

Provide field construction contract administration support for industrial projects.

Interact regularly with construction contractors and management.

Perform spot checks of reported quantities for tracking contractor progress and invoices for major projects.

Be able to understand contractual language and check for adherence to the contract.

Understand mechanical and civil drawings and specifications.

Interact with contractors daily to verify work performed and monitor and resolve any work-related conflicts for capital project(s).
