Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or related field with minimum 15 years experience serving as a construction manager or project manager for building construction projects

Must have MCPPO - Owner's Project Manager Certification

Licensed Professional Engineer, Massachusetts and MA Construction Supervisor License

Experience with the requirements of the MA School Building Authority

Experience with MS Office, Primavera, or other scheduling programs

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test

Valid Driver's License

Job Description:

The Infrastructure and Environment division in Boston, MA of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Construction Manager for immediate temporary employment in the Boston office. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in all aspects of building construction and in particular expertise with the MA general laws pertaining to vertical construction, MA School Building Authority funded projects and similar public projects. URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Assist with project close out activities relative to MA School Building Authority projects.
• Supporting documentation of construction activities that pertain to acceleration, changed field conditions, etc.
• Coordination with District, Construction Contractor
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed above
