Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of proposal pricing or financial experience or equivalent.

Must have demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of price proposals from strategy development to cost volume production. Must have working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Must possess excellent analytical skills. Must have excellent writing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and word processing skills.

Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

We are seeking a Pricing Manager for our Chantilly, VA office.

Responsibilities:

Analyze solicitations to determine proposal requirements.
Conduct pricing strategy meetings.
Interface with Operations, Business Development and Functional Support groups to obtain/develop data necessary for developing prices or other components of a cost/price volume.

Perform as the Cost Volume Manager and lead the development of simple to complex cost/price proposals. This includes the cost model, the cost narrative and any other cost/price volume requirements.

Ensure cost/price proposals are developed in accordance with the Company Pricing Guide and other policies and procedures.
Arrange and conduct internal proposal reviews (Pink/Red Teams, Sign Offs, etc.).

Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price proposal components are accurate and responsive to solicitation requirements.
Supervise/manage subordinate pricing personnel in day-to-day activities, as required.
Provide pricing guidance and support, as required, to field personnel performing pricing related activities.
