Senior Project Manager - Environmental Remediation (Oil & Gas) AECOM is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the planning, direction, and supervision of all operations for a multi-disciplined and multifaceted project in New Jersey. This project represents one of the highest visibility and largest spend environmental projects in AECOM's portfolio with this Oil and Gas client. The Project Manager will manage and lead the overall project and/or team in the region, including all safety, technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools established for the global program. Will work under supervision of a national program director while owning the quality outcome, financial performance and client satisfaction for the portfolio of projects in NJ and nearby states. The project manager will successfully develop strategy with the project team and client, and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the regional program. Acts as primary point of contact with client in the region. Qualifications: The project manager needs to have strong performance delivery history with demonstrated proficiency in financial and quality management, as well as EHS stewardship. A background in managing large complex projects desired, but will consider all project management experience with demonstrated mastery of project delivery and client satisfaction. Experience with Oil and Gas clients and behavior based safety programs such as Loss Prevention System (LPS) is helpful. Generally has 12 - 15+ years of project and program management experience at a minimum. Project Management training or Project Management Professional credential preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
