Job Summary Waste Management is seeking an energetic ERP Business Analyst to support WM's financial applications. Under general supervision, the Business Analyst, will provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, testing, and debugging of new software or significant enhancements to existing software. Individual conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities May coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on systems projects. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study. Four years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Preferred: CPA C.
