Summary of Role: SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower Corporation is seeking a Lease Fund Relationship Manager. Once funding programs are executed by our PFG group, they are turned over to lease operations for ongoing transaction processing and portfolio activities. These activities involve both initial deal tranching and on-going portfolio performance monitoring and reporting to all of our various funding partners. The measure of success of the role is to ensure appropriate financial returns are achieved by our partners and that all collections, loss mitigation and write-off actions are consistent with the risk management and reserve requirements of the fund. In this role you will report to Director of Lease Operations.. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): -Work with PFG group to setup operational processes and procedures for each new fund and financier. -Develop a repeatable on-boarding process for each new funding partner -Assist with management of new investor capital contribution requests and computation of cash distributions to investors based on the waterfall calculations within each fund structure. -Establish loss reserve targets and portfolio management policies and processes consistent with achieving those targets -Monitor the funds asset performance and prepare analysis and compliance reporting for the fund partners on a periodic basis for internal review and external reporting -Provide managerial oversight of the functional processing teams for leases in these funds and manage the operational, accounting, tax, reporting and compliance requirements associated with these funds -Ensure all general entity fund management legal, budget, tax and audit activities are met in compliance with the operating agreements of each fund. -Respond to investor inquiries and prospective investor requests as needed *LI-JT Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or business degree with appropriate experience. - Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly - Must be highly detailed-oriented and organized - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required - Ability to communicate and work with remote tranching execution team - Excellent customer service skills required - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and filtering) - Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) *LI-JT Preferred Requirements: - This role will be based in Austin, TX - Travel required - approximately 10% |
