TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Coastal Restoration Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of the New Jersey Chapter's coastal restoration and climate adaptation efforts along the coast of New Jersey, which will focus on restoring key coastal habitats (e.g., tidal marshes and oysters reefs) and utilizing nature-based adaptation options to reduce risk to communities from natural disasters. The program manager will have the opportunity to determine the how and where the New Jersey chapter will implement projects to ensure the functionality of coastal ecosystems and/or promote resilient coastal communities. Responsibilities of the program manager will potentially include:

AUTO SAFETY POLICY This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with the Conservancy's Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers." Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT May work in variable weather conditions, at remote locations, on difficult and hazardous terrain and under physically demanding circumstances. These conditions:
