Work Location: Pueblo Chemical Depot - Pueblo , CO . Unescorted access to the Chemical Limited Area candidate must successfully clear National Agency Check (NAC); all employees are subject and agree to random drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment. Must be able to work safely at a construction site. Eligible Foreign National applicants must possess a US Government issued Green Card and successfully go through a government screening process.

Based on project goals and objectives, candidates established within our local community are desirable.

Role Overview
Responsible for all aspects of project staffing: arranging job advertisements, assist with the interview process on project;conduct weekly staffing meetings with Department managers to discuss department staffing needs; On/Off boarding of employees; create an inventory system to track all career fair items purchased; manage department budget for career fairs and community events; responsible for all aspects of the PCAPP college relations program; create and manages project wide staffing metrics; perform I-9 screenings on new Bechtel employees; and manage and work in conjunction with BSII HR to launch 2014 Project Summer Internship Program.
  • Coordinate and assist in data clean-up and maintenance to support HR processes and programs.
  • Monitor existing personnel programs to ensure desired objectives and/or results are being achieved.
  • Collects, assembles and analyzes data or information for human resources reports.
  • Conduct exit interview for all employees departing from the project.
  • Work in conjunction with Project HR Manager to execute project wide mentoring program
  • Advises employees of current policies, procedures or practices.
  • Processes documents for employees/dependents for domestic or international assignments.
  • Reviews the processing of personnel requests or actions to ensure conformance to policy.
  • Provides information or data for the development of a personnel program, policy or procedure.
  • Advises line managers of current personnel programs or procedures.
  • Monitors existing personnel programs to ensure desired objectives and/or results are being achieved.
  • Collects, assembles and analyize data or information for Human Resources reports.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degreein Business or other related discipline.
  • Right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to conduct job interviews and communicate with managers and employees.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work confidentially are required.
  • Ability to work at rapid pace and high volume.

During operations, in approximately 2014, this project will be subject to the Army Regulations (AR50-6 Chemical Surety) which governs persons performing work under the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) and Unescorted Access Program (UAP). Depending on the work performed and the access granted a government security investigation and other physical requirements such as respirators may be mandated. Eligibility to be placed in a PRP or UAP position requires US citizenship.
