Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• Experience: 6 years experience in field construction supervision including 2 years experience in the Superintendent position or demonstrated equivalent.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Pipefitting & Ironworking.
• Needs to have 5 years of practical field mechanical engineering.
• Should possess a working background in pipe & steel Fabrications.
• Needs to have a working knowledge of pipe and steel welding specifications.
• Should be able to draw, design and administrate mechanical design from the field to the drawing board to purchasing and thru execution.
• Candidate should be skilled at managing any kind of technical work in the field with little supervision.
• Ability to communicate fluently with the client and should possess good customer relation skills
• Must be able to interface well with the Staff, craft and the client
• Able to read blue prints.
• Must have experience supervising union craft.
• Computer proficient in MS Office.

Position Description:
A field Superintendent carries out research to find out the problems and develops solutions. Looks after the maintenance of the equipment and infrastructure available at the site. Helps in the installation process of new and advanced technologies, and interpreting the requirements specified by the research team and understanding the employee's requirements.
