Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years construction related experience. Must have facilities project experience with one of the following agencies: OGS, NYCHA, DASNY, DDC Structures or residential developer experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License

The IE Division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Inspector- Facilities for immediate employment in the New York office.
• Candidate will perform field inspections for the facilities construction project.
• Assist in determining schedule, change order pricing and issue resolution.
• Works under project manager.
• Responsible for daily and monthly reports and field coordination of construction activities.
