Job Summary Directs the development of the business development strategic plans consistent with established corporate strategic plans, and ensures their proper execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of managerial employees. This includes: Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, and ten or more years previous experience. Preferred: Maste'rs Degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, and ten or more years previous experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required None required.
