Job Summary Delivers the designated training curricula according to the needs of the organization as determined by the leadership, project deliverables and training teams. Plays a key role in the planning, development, and design of new curricula. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and three to five years previous experience. Preferred: Master's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and three to five years previous experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Captivate, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other instructional design tools.
