Job Summary Leads the development and execution of the talent management practices that will attract, develop, retain and deploy talent to drive the Corporate and Group strategic business goals. This position has responsibility for providing thought leadership, consultative support and project management for key talent management initiatives such as; staffing, leadership assessment, succession planning, and development planning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will be responsible for supervising assigned staffing professionals which may include a staffing manager and recruiters. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and significant previous experience leading a talent management function. Preferred Education: Master?s Degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Demonstrated experience in leading a team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various hourly (nonexempt) and salaried (exempt) level positions. Experience working with the full candidate recruitment cycle including attraction, recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding and applicant tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment and talent management strategies for professional as well as front line operations roles (hourly and salaried) as well as functional professional roles.
