Job Summary At Waste Management, an Oilfield Services Senior Field Technician is responsible for performing manual labor in confined spaces under direct supervision. An Oilfield Services Senior Field Technician acts as a Team Lead of an assigned field technician crew. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The team leader responsibilities consist of transporting Field Technicians to site via Company truck, communicating issues back to the manager, assigning duties to others and giving direction, and completing field job description documentation. To perform this job successfully, an Oilfield Services Senior Field Technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and conduct other minor duties and tasks as assigned.
