Job Summary The Construction Services Sales Coordinator provides builder direct customer service and administrative support for the construction department by serving as one point of contact for customer, acting as liaison between customer and operations, assisting Construction Services Account Managers (CSAMs) with daily paperwork requirements and ensures resolution of escalated customer issues. This is an office-based, inside support position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, and four or more years previous experience. Preferred: Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience, and four or more years previous experience. Also preferred is prior experience with Salesforce.com. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required None required.
