Job Summary Our Small Equipment Operators Seniors are responsible for operating equipment including but not limited to paper balers, front-end loaders, bobcats, can densifiers and forklifts to transport or bind paper or loose materials to facilitate handling as well as load or unload materials into or out of trailers and railcars. Small Equipment Operators Sr. must be able to sort and grade recyclable material by type and quality. Additional job duties include performing routine maintenance and daily inspection on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Small Equipment Operator, Sr. are required to have at least one year of experience operating a baler, forklift, front-end loaders or bobcat.
