Job Summary Our Plant Lead provides leadership in directing production and distribution operations for a material recycling facility. Duties include coordinating production, distribution, warehousing and sales in accordance with policies. The Plant Lead will need to develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees; assurance of quality of material being processed. The Plant Lead must be able to operate several equipment types such as baler, loader, bobcat, candensifer and forklift. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory records; compiling worksheets or tickets from customer specifications and reacting quickly to machine prompts and alarms.
